Statistical quality control (SQC) helps maintain the consistency in quality of products and services by defining acceptable statistical limits. To evaluate the quality of a manufactured product efficiently, statistics and data reports play a key role. In some ways this could be a manual process by aggregating information for disparate resources, so what are the best ways to automate this data collection in order to provide real-time visibility and transparency?
Join us for an interactive demonstration on Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and learn how you can use the tools within the PI System to best express this type of data.
In this demo, you will:
- Learn how to harness to power of PI Asset Framework and Analytics for SQC
- Interact with SQC subject matter experts as they demonstrate how to set up your PI System for SQC data
- Discover how SQC data can be visualized in PI Vision
